• AdBlue® is a urea solution that is injected directly into the exhaust gas to reduce pollutants. In the catalytic converter, AdBlue® works by converting the nitrogen oxides from the catalyst into atmospheric nitrogen and water vapor. Both are natural components of the air we breathe. In addition, AdBlue®, in combination with SCR technology, optimizes fuel consumption and reduces particulate emissions from the engines. This significantly reduces the proportion of soot particles in the exhaust gases.
