- Ready for installation on steel pipes with an inner diameter of 14 mm or 18 mm
- Heater inside and outside, with air flow around/through it
- Element temperature: max. 1000°C in continuous and intermittent operation, up to 1200°C for short periods.
- Lifespan approx. 20,000 heating cycles (depending on operating conditions)
- Ignition times: 60...90 s (depending on the ignition element positioning in the furnace)
- Electrical connection: 230 V (AC), 170...200 W
- Electrically insulated both internally and externally, no exposed electrical contacts
- Oxidation and corrosion resistant
- Ignition: Due to extremely high heating temperature and ideal geometry, the air is heated to very high temperatures in a short time.
- The ignition element should be protected from slagging by means of a nozzle tip.
