The NOVACOND DM hydraulic unit ensures efficient use of the required system temperatures. Return water from the direct radiator heating circuit or domestic hot water preparation is mixed with the flow of the combined underfloor heating circuit. This cools the overall return flow to the condensing boiler sufficiently to guarantee condensation (condensing effect) in the heat exchanger.
