The POWERDUCTION 50LG induction heater heats and loosens stuck steel and aluminum parts in a very short time. With its liquid cooling, the POWERDUCTION 50LG can also heat metallic workpieces continuously over extended periods.

Applications:
Necessary for unlocking steering linkages (wheel alignment)
Removal of glow plugs, stuck wiper arms, spare wheel baskets
Loosening the tie rod end bolts without damaging the axle boots
Removal of drive shafts in the wheel hub
Dismantling of car and truck exhaust systems
Disassembly of bonded body joints made of steel and aluminum
Straightening work on warped body parts (except HSS)

A heating output of 5200W:
Metal sheets up to 6 mm thick can be heated in 500W increments. Metals are heated to a depth of 6 mm. Within one second, a metallic workpiece becomes red-hot (1000°C).
