Application:
As part of the commissioning and periodic testing of grid-connected photovoltaic systems according to VDE 012623 (DIN EN 62446), polarity tests, open-circuit voltages and short-circuit current measurements of parallel-connected PV strings can be carried out, stored and documented safely and efficiently up to 1500 V/40 A.

Measurement functions in general:
Polarity check of the PV generator/PV wiring
Open circuit voltage measurement for modern 1500 V DC systems
Short-circuit current measurement on PV strings up to 40 A DC
Solar irradiance (W/m²) and PV module/ambient temperature (°C) via Benning SUN 2 (Order No.: 70 128 24)
