Solar transfer stations SolexMini / SolexMidi For frost protection, the solar circuit of a thermal solar system is filled with a polypropylene glycol-water mixture. The heating system is typically water-based. A heat exchanger is used to transfer the thermal energy from the solar circuit to the heating circuit. The core of these modules is a plate heat exchanger, which, thanks to its cross-flow operation, enables excellent heat transfer. Solex modules incorporate Grundfos high-efficiency pumps with an extremely wide operating range. The control system is pre-configured, mounted, and wired before delivery, ensuring easy adaptation to the actual system. The use of flow sensors in the Solex modules enables performance-based control, ensures effective system monitoring, and also offers integrated heat metering. The Solex modules are equipped with safety, shut-off, and flushing valves, allowing for safe and quick commissioning of the solar system.
