- Wall heating/cooling plaster system
- Wall heating is an alternative or supplement to underfloor heating. It is a plaster system with a clamping rail for mounting on solid walls (e.g., brick, concrete, or calcium silicate brick). The wall heating system, which is installed on-site, is embedded in the plaster with a pipe covering of approximately 15 mm (single-layer plaster application for gypsum plaster). Cement-based and clay plasters are applied in two layers, curing according to the manufacturer's instructions, and also with a pipe covering of approximately 15 mm. A reinforcing mesh is embedded to prevent cracking. The heating pipe used is an oxygen-tight polybutene pipe (12 x 1.3 mm) according to DIN 4726, which is laid individually in various heights and widths (up to a maximum of 6 m²). Connection is made directly to the manifold (without branch lines) using compression fittings.
