By comparing the absolute humidity indoors and outdoors with climate sensors, controlled dehumidification is ensured, thus simultaneously preventing moisture ingress due to improper ventilation. This helps preserve the building structure. The integrated frost protection function switches the fan off when the outside temperature drops below 3°C. A one-time manual operation for 20 minutes is possible via a building-provided button or directly on the unit.
The integrated output relay allows for system expansion with additional supply air (ECA 11E) and exhaust air fans (ECA 100 ipro K). With the long sensor cable (accessory), ventilation can also be achieved via a duct run of up to approximately 5.5 m.
