  • Surface-mounted resistance thermometers are preferably used for temperature measurements on closed pipe systems.
  • The simple mounting with tension bands or hose clamps eliminates the need for mechanical processing of the measuring point.
  • To improve heat transfer, the use of thermal paste is recommended.
  • To prevent the ambient temperature from distorting the measurement result, additional insulation of the measuring point is advisable.
